Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate, professional and motivating Freelance Fitness Instructor to join our team and deliver outstanding fitness experiences across a diverse class programme.
As a key ambassador for Fairmont Spa, you will lead a variety of dynamic group exercise classes including:
Body Blast
Strength & Conditioning
Aqua
Indoor Cycling
Body Conditioning
You will bring energy, creativity and expertise to every session, ensuring classes are safe, inclusive, engaging and aligned with current industry trends. More than just instructing, you will help foster a sense of community while delivering experiences that reflect Fairmont’s luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
Act as an ambassador for health, fitness and wellbeing within Fairmont Spa
Design and deliver innovative group exercise classes aligned with current industry trends
Support membership retention through engaging, inclusive and results-driven sessions
Adapt classes to suit a wide range of ages and abilities
Build positive and professional relationships with members, guests and colleagues
Ensure all classes are conducted safely and professionally at all times
Maintain studio presentation, punctuality and organisation before and after each session
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and a proactive, can-do attitude
Qualifications
Valid Level 2 Health & Fitness certification, Exercise to Music, or equivalent teaching qualification
Certification in group fitness instruction
Ideally qualified to instruct Indoor Cycling and Aqua-based classes
A genuine passion for all aspects of health, fitness and wellbeing
Confident engaging with members and delivering sessions in a premium environment
