Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and visionary Learning & Development Manager to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this pivotal role, you will drive comprehensive learning and development initiatives across our organization, fostering a culture of continuous growth and excellence. You'll partner with senior leadership to design innovative training solutions that enhance employee performance, build critical skill sets, and align with our strategic business objectives.   • Develop and implement strategic learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals, ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the L&D team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing culture
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate innovative training programs that address skill gaps, enhance employee competencies, and support career progression across all organizational levels
  • Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to identify learning needs, assess performance gaps, and create customized solutions that drive business impact
  • Manage and optimize the learning management system (LMS) and other L&D technologies to ensure seamless program delivery, tracking, and reporting
  • Analyze training effectiveness through data-driven metrics and key performance indicators, providing transparent reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Oversee the L&D budget with financial acumen, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation while maintaining high-quality program standards
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to continuously innovate our offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external training providers, vendors, and subject matter experts to enhance program quality and accessibility
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment that encourages employee engagement, retention, and long-term career development
  • Champion change management initiatives and support organizational transformation through targeted learning interventions
  • Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in adapting programs to evolving business needs and employee requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Learning and Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs and talent development initiatives
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities with demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Advanced proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other L&D technologies and tools
  • Expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and adult learning principles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make evidence-based decisions
  • Proven project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Solid budget management skills and financial acumen with experience overseeing L&D expenditures
  • In-depth knowledge of talent development best practices, industry trends, and emerging learning methodologies
  • Demonstrated coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Change management experience and ability to support organizational transformation initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with hospitality, multi-location operations, or cluster management is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the organization as required
