Job Description

As a Reservations Agent, you’re the smooth operator behind the scenes — the voice that turns enquiries into excitement and bookings into unforgettable stays. You’re part travel guide, part problem-solver, part magician, matching guests with the perfect room and making sure every detail is sorted before they even step through the doors. If you love juggling calls, emails, and the occasional curveball with charm and precision, this is your stage to shine.

Qualifications

Desired Attributes – Reservations Agent

  • Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar hospitality role is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate with strong customer service skills.
  • Calm and composed under pressure, with a willingness to learn and apply problem-solving techniques.
  • Professional and friendly phone manner, with clear and courteous communication.
  • Team player who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting others.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships across departments.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to learning and challenges.
  • Comfortable using computers, with basic knowledge of reservation systems or office software (training provided).
  • Commitment to excellent guest service and upholding brand standards.
