• Assist the Bartender to open and close the bar. 
• Ensure the bar is well stocked with liquor, beer, spirits, garnishes, ice cubes and other products needed throughout their shift. 
• Maintain inventory of glassware, silverware, stirrers, shakers, strainers and other bartending tools. 
• Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Ensure all set ups and re-set ups are done in a timely manner.
