Job Description
At Fairmont St Andrews, we don’t just welcome guests - we create unforgettable memories. Our Concierge team plays a vital role in shaping every guest journey, and we’re now seeking a confident and service-driven Concierge Manager to lead this operation with professionalism and flair.
The Role
You will oversee all concierge and transport operations, ensuring seamless service, exceptional guest experiences and efficient logistics across the resort. As a key member of the Front of House team, you’ll lead, develop and inspire your team while maintaining the highest five-star standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Concierge team to deliver outstanding guest service
- Oversee daily concierge operations and logistics
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage departmental budgets, costs and revenue opportunities
- Develop transport services, including VIP transfers and special events
- Ensure teams are fully informed on local attractions, dining and transport options
- Deliver performance reviews, training and ongoing development
- Maintain health & safety compliance across all operations
- Lead special projects including fleet planning and helicopter transfer SOPs
Qualifications
About You
- Experience in concierge, guest services or front-of-house management (luxury hospitality preferred)
- A confident people leader with strong communication and organisational skills
- Calm, adaptable and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences
