• Develop and manage business from travel agents, wholesalers, and corporate agents

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new agent partners

• Achieve sales targets through room nights, revenue, and market penetration

• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

• Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, and Operations to ensure smooth booking fulfillment

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and agent performance analysis

• Represent the hotel at sales events, exhibitions, and networking activities

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably handling travel agents

• Strong knowledge of hotel products, rates, and distribution channels

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Familiar with hotel systems (PMS, CRS, RFP platforms) is an advantage
