Job Description

Your Role in the Story

As our Cluster People & Culture Supervisor, you’ll be supporting in driving force behind shaping our teams and culture across two distinctive hotels. You’ll ensure that every aspect of the employee journey — from hiring and onboarding to engagement and wellbeing — reflects our values and contributes to both people and business success.

This role blends operational support with hands-on excellence—developing talent, leading hiring and HR operations, nurturing a culture that grows with us, and creating a workplace where every team member helps make LUURA unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment cycle, from individual hires to mass recruitment, including CV screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and communication.
  • Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for all new hires, including mass onboarding sessions, inductions, training coordination, and property orientation.
  • Build, update, and maintain the People & Culture training library, including SOPs, training manuals, and HR documentation, as per business needs.
  • Support hands-on training during pre-opening and operational phases, tracking attendance and maintaining accurate training records.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees, providing daily People & Culture support with a people-first, approachable mindset aligned with company policies and operational needs.
  • Monitor attendance, check-in/check-out processes, and leave management, identifying discrepancies and supporting compliance in a proactive way.
  • Manage and execute employee lifecycle administration, including contracts, amendments, payroll inputs, timesheets, bonuses, and structured exit processes.
  • Prepare, maintain, and regularly audit employee files and HR archives (digital and physical), ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance, in alignment with the Cluster People & Culture Director.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting, validating, and submitting attendance data, leave records, and payroll documentation to internal or external payroll partners.
  • Coordinate employee-related logistics such as accommodation, uniforms, staff meals, transportation, and other operational needs, with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
  • Support employee engagement through recognition initiatives, wellbeing programs, and seasonal team activities.
  • Maintain HR systems and tools, ensuring clean, accurate, and up-to-date data at all times.
  • Support internal communication and community engagement via the “Lobby” platform, acting as a people-first ambassador and reinforcing company culture.
  • Prepare and update job descriptions, job postings, contracts, letters, and People & Culture documentation as required.
  • Act as a brand and culture ambassador during pre-opening and opening phases, supporting the use of Taskworld and staying closely involved in daily operations to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR or People & Culture roles within hospitality.
  • Experience in supporting pre-opening hotels, F&B outlets, or seasonal properties.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR operations.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Eligible to work in EU countries.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team player who supports a people-first culture.
