Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Visakhapatnam, India. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, coordinating sales activities, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
- Assist in planning and initiating action plans to approach and secure new business opportunities
- Support the development and implementation of effective sales programs and strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager in executing sales plans and strategies
- Prepare and conduct sales presentations in coordination with the Sales Manager
- Identify prospects for sales deals within targeted markets of the assigned area/segment
- Submit weekly and monthly sales plans, as well as daily sales/activity reports
- Contribute to market analysis and provide insights to increase business volume
- Stay updated on the organization's products, services, and facilities to provide accurate information to clients
- Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and conferences
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
- Support the sales team in administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
Qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Events Management
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar sales coordination role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills
