• Serve as a visible and approachable Security Ambassador, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and guest-focused environment at all times

• Greet guests, visitors, and staff courteously while maintaining a strong security presence aligned with Palace service standards

• Monitor hotel premises, including lobbies, entrances, guest floors, parking areas, and public spaces, to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety

• Conduct regular patrols to identify and report safety hazards, suspicious activities, or security breaches

• Assist guests with directions, information, and minor concerns while maintaining professionalism and discretion

• Enforce hotel policies, safety procedures, and local regulations in a respectful, non-confrontational manner

• Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, reporting irregularities and escalating issues when necessary

• Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and handover notes

• Support emergency response procedures, including fire alarms, evacuations, and crisis management protocols

• Protect hotel assets, guests’ belongings, and confidential information

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the hotel’s brand and service culture

• Promote a culture of safety, awareness, and hospitality among staff and guests

• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and alarm monitoring

• Training in first aid, CPR, and fire safety is highly desirable

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, security management is an advantage.
