Job Description

As an F&B Waiter, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and professional delivery of services to hotel guests. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Executing service delivery in strict adherence to brand service standards
  • Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Participating fully in departmental training sessions to enhance professional skills and elevate service levels
  • Engaging with guests in a professional and courteous manner to maximize guest satisfaction
  • Contributing to the hotel's financial performance through efficient and high-quality service

Qualifications

  • Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma
  • Demonstrated professional experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Exceptional guest service skills with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction
