Job Description

  • Ensure all delivery is in accordance with the terms of the purchase orders
  • Print and file all purchase orders according to suppliers in alphabetical order in advance
  • Ensure all invoices or delivery orders are checked and record verification of quantity, price, extensions and footings (date received, signature of the receiving clerk, etc.
  • Ensure items are delivered to correct destinations - Store or respective Kitchens
  • To maintain an up-to-date and accurate Bin Card system in the Stores
  • To assist in the monthly food & beverage inventory count for Stores
  • Ensure goods are always in kept neatly and in an easily identifiable manner
  • Maintain general cleanliness in the Stores at all times
  • To ensure safe custody of all restaurant stocks in defined lockable storage areas, to ensure daily processing of all receipts and requisition in efficient manner.
  • Verify all F&B items are in good condition and under safety consumption period
  • Maintain general cleanliness of all store areas
  • Ensure store temperatures are suitable for different category of goods
  • To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proven experience as Receiving Clerk
  • Familiar and thorough knowledge of rules and regulations of Maldives Customs and in clearing the goods from the customs in quick manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure and track multiple processes.
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in supply chain management or relevant field
