Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced hospitality professional ready to step into a hands-on leadership role. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a renowned 5-star hotel, overseeing service across Coco’s Kitchen + Bar, the Pool Bar, and our conference and event spaces.
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you’ll supervise daily operations, lead and support the team across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events, and ensure seamless, high-quality guest experiences. Flexibility for AM and PM shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise day-to-day operations across restaurants, bars, and event spaces
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service
- Support recruitment, rostering, and payroll processes
- Collaborate with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
- Manage guest feedback professionally and uphold brand standards
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Proven food and beverage leadership experience, ideally in a hotel or resort
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Familiarity with Infrasys (Shiji) POS systems is highly regarded
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on, service-focused approach with a sharp eye for detail
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
