Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and effective market penetration. The role involves developing new business, maintaining key accounts, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure excellent client satisfaction.

 

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts to ensure repeat business.

  • Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and presentations to promote company products/services.

  • Develop sales strategies to increase market share and maximize revenue across segments.

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with high-value clients.

  • Implement and maintain a CRM system to track sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
