Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct sales presentations and tours of the hotel for prospective clients, showcasing the facilities, services, and unique offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients for room bookings, events, and other services, ensuring profitability while meeting client needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing, front office, and event management teams to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless execution of client requests.
  • Assist clients in planning events, including meetings, conferences, and weddings, by providing guidance on available services and options.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue generation, and market trends to track performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and packages that attract target markets.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel and establish valuable connections.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and sales techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the development and management of the sales budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost control.

Qualifications

Your Experience and Skills Include:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a strong commitment to delivering excellence.
  • A valid UAE Driving License.
  • Experience with CVENT or similar event-management platforms.
  • Proven Events and MICE sales experience in the UAE local market.
  • Proficiency in the Opera Sales & Catering system.
  • Fluency in Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
