The Hoxton Dublin now offers 129 bedrooms in a range of sizes, a lively lobby bar, a restored historic bar, a spacious ground floor restaurant and a lobby restaurant, along with a first for our brand, a dedicated nightclub.
Job Description
- Bring bold Peruvian flavours to our guests by running a section in our lively Cantina Valentina kitchen, keeping pace with a busy service and a live ceviche station that needs sharp timing and real attention.
- Support and develop the kitchen team so they can grow, feel confident and bring their best selves to service.
- Keep everything moving as it should. Orders and deliveries in on time, prep in good shape, service smooth and our food hygiene standards exactly where they should be.
- Work closely with the Head Chef on ideas and techniques that keep the kitchen creative and evolving, always aiming for food that stands out.
- Pay close attention to the details so that every dish that leaves the kitchen is consistent, considered and as delicious as the one before.
Qualifications

- Previous experience working as part of a fast-moving kitchen team with freshness and provenance of ingredients as a key priority.
- Passion for food and fresh ingredients is a given.
- A true passion for creativity whilst maintaining the integrity of our brand standards through the dishes on the menu.
- A natural at leading and managing others, you lead by example and create an environment where your team can be their best self.
