Job Description
•Lead the culinary team - inspire, coach and elevate team of passionate kitchen Heartists .
•Innovate seasonal menus that reflect the Mercure charm
•Drive culinary experience ,brand alignment, HACCP- Hygiene and safety compliance .
•Responsible for Food cost, yield management & supplier performance bringing in a performance culture
Qualifications
•Proven success as Executive chef or senior sous chef with hands-on leadership, interpersonnel skills and creativity that aligns with current trends
•Strong command of international cuisine + local flair
•Passion for interacting with people, calm under pressure and a guest focussed mindset
