Job Description

We are currently recruiting Food & Beverage attendants that can work across multiple hotel outlets (In room dining, Conference & Events, Pool Bar and Restaurant Service). Regardless of your location, you will take patrons on a journey, providing the highest of service standards at all times. Some of your core tasks will involve:

  • Welcome and engage guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism, creating a memorable first impression.
  • Deliver exceptional service by following established service standards while adding your personal touch and industry expertise to each guest interaction.
  • Enhance the dining experience by offering thoughtful, personalised food and beverage recommendations across restaurant outlets and events.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of all menu items and beverage selections to confidently assist guests and support team efficiency.

Qualifications

As a successful candidate you will have:

  • A friendly, customer focused attitude with the strive to provide Total Customer Satisfaction
  • Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient
  • Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience
  • A high standard of grooming and presentation
  • The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends & public holidays
