Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People & Culture Officer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring effective talent management strategies.

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment
  • Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers and employees
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance Heartists skills and career growth
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionally
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement retention strategies
  • Maintain accurate P&C records and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations
  • Analyze P&C metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making
  • Act as a culture ambassador, promoting company values and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or a similar role, preferably in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of best practices in employee development and training
  • Understanding of UAE workplace culture and diversity
  • SHRM or CIPD certification preferred
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
