• Brew exceptional coffee with precision, consistency, and flair, from first bean to final pour.
• Provide warm, professional service that makes every guest feel personally welcomed.
• Create a seamless and stylish café experience, ensuring service areas remain pristine.
• Demonstrate your “Passion for Excellence” through fast, friendly, and polished service.
• Share your coffee expertise, recommend blends, explain flavours, and cater to guest preferences.
• Assist with light food and beverage service, pairing drinks with menu items for an elevated experience.
• Liaise with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Keep tables and workstations spotless and well-organised at all times.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and WHS procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Upsell premium items and daily specials to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Accurately place and process orders through MICROS.
• Embody French hospitality through a positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for people.

• You’re a confident communicator who loves connecting with guests and brightening their day.
• Flexible and reliable, you thrive in a dynamic environment and are happy to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• A skilled barista with a love for the craft, you know your espresso from your macchiato and can create coffee that delights every time.

• You hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and always uphold a culture of care and responsibility.
