Job Description

  • Oversee Front Desk, Porter’s Desk, Reception, cashiering, One Touch, and Reservations to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop Ambassadors to deliver consistent, world-class guest service.
  • Greet VIPs, manage credit and accounting issues, and ensure all public areas and hotel facilities are flawless.
  • Promote loyalty programs and support hotel and departmental targets.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all departments, events, conventions, and key personnel to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and service standards are followed, while leading induction and skills training programs.
  • Assist with rostering, manage duty keys and cash floats, and perform audits to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated with a keen eye for detail, delivering excellence in every task.
  • 1–2 years in a similar role, bringing hands-on expertise and a proactive approach.
  • Experience in a luxury hotel environment is a plus, bringing polished service and refined guest interactions.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to engage guests and team members with confidence.
  • Always present a professional, polished image that reflects the prestige of the Sofitel brand.
  • Comfortable working a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure seamless operations.
