Job Description
About the Role
Brewery Bar + Kitchen represents good times, food, laughter and entertainment in a vibrant pub style, sports bar, located on the doorstep to Accor Stadium!
Reporting to the Venue Manager, our Beverage Supervisor supports our Venue Manager in supervising daily operations and team members of The Brewery, whilst ensuring high quality guest experiences are delivered.
In this Part-Time role, you will play a key role with major event activations, coach and support team members and ensure compliance across our beverage, gaming and restaurant areas.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Availability to work a range of shifts including days, nights, weekends, public holidays and event days.
- RSA & RCG Competency Card.
- Strong beverage knowledge, including wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails
- Hands on, guest focused, and passionate about developing your team
- Confident leader with excellent communication, organisation and people skills
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a pub or similar role is advantageous
- Have full working rights in Australia
