Job Description

Qualifications
Desired Attributes – Reservations Agent
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar hospitality role is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate with strong customer service skills.
- Calm and composed under pressure, with a willingness to learn and apply problem-solving techniques.
- Professional and friendly phone manner, with clear and courteous communication.
- Team player who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting others.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships across departments.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to learning and challenges.
- Comfortable using computers, with basic knowledge of reservation systems or office software (training provided).
- Commitment to excellent guest service and upholding brand standards.
