Job Description
- Identify and target potential clients to generate new business.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Plan, organize, and host site inspections and familiarization trips to showcase the hotel's facilities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the hotel's market and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
