Job Description

  • Lead & Develop Sales Team: Inspire and manage a high-performing sales team across group, event, and transient segments to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strategic Growth & Partnerships: Design and execute growth strategies while building strong relationships with corporates, agencies, MICE organizations, and premium event planners.
  • Commercial Leadership & Innovation: Collaborate with the leadership team to align commercial goals, drive sales innovation, oversee key contracts, and leverage data-driven tools like Salesforce and BV for optimal decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the premium or international hospitality sector.
  • Established networks across MICE, corporate, and high-end event markets.
  • Deep understanding of Japan’s business culture, with fluency in both Japanese and English (mandatory).
  • A forward-thinking, hands-on leadership approach, capable of inspiring teams and influencing executive-level decisions.
