Job Description
We are currently recruiting for skilled and experienced Chefs to take on casual shifts at our Cibaria Noosa Restaurant located in the heart of Noosa, just steps from Noosa Main Beach.

- Prep Chef
- Chef De Partie
Expected hours : 30 hours per week
Qualifications
Requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- Good communication skills, attitude, and a team player
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and/or completed relevant hospitality studies
- Ability to keep cool under pressure
- Understanding of good hygiene practices
- Positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent grooming standards
- Passion for providing an exceptional dining experience
Preferred Requirements:
- Formal hospitality studies completed
- Food safety supervisor certificate
- Expertise with fresh pasta making
- Prior pastry experience
- Woodfire cooking experience
- Butchery experience
- Proficiency in Italian cuisine
- Venue opening experience
