Job Description

  • Demonstrate flexibility, punctuality and responsibility by supporting management and performing any assigned duties.
  • Support daily operations of the engineering department ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Support month-end reporting, highlight variances and provide timely updates to engineering management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation logs, inventories and records of maintenance requests, purchases and costs.
  • Contribute to training, performance appraisals and succession planning for team development.
  • Manage communication with team members, other departments, suppliers and contractors.
  • Assist in planning, organizing and managing preventive maintenance schedules and projects.
  • Control departmental costs, inventories, and resources while ensuring quality and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher-level qualification related to Engineering or administration.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in engineering departments as an administrator.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and basic technical knowledge.
  • Candidate must have a good command of spoken and written English.
  • Ability to handle documentation and report preparation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
