Job Description
As our Portfolio Group Reservations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of group bookings for our Portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling contracted group reservations, from receipt of inquiry, correspondence and any required follow up
- Obtaining rooming lists & facilitating a smooth handover between client & hotel management
- Leading and supporting our Group Reservations Agents in their daily tasks, empowering them to excel in their roles
- Ensuring accurate data entry and reporting using hotel systems.
- Working closely with our sales and revenue teams to identify group business opportunities
- Staying up to date with and promoting the ALL Live Limitless loyalty program
Qualifications
We seek a candidate who combines enthusiasm with attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous group reservations experience in the Hotel industry
- A passion for leading people and service orientated mindset
- Confident, clear & engaging communication, relationship & networking skills
- A high level of organisational & prioritisation skills
- A proactive, solution-focused approach
- Full valid Australian working rights
- The availability to work 38 hours per week
