• Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests at Bittersweet.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, coffee, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to standards.
• Take care of Chocolate Hour and Club Lounge service, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, tables, and surrounding areas.
• Assist in daily setup, stock rotation, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with all HACCP standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the bar and F&B team to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.

• Previous experience in a bar, lobby lounge, or F&B service environment is preferred.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluent in Thai; basic English communication is an advantage.
• Passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences.
