Job Description

How does your working day look like …

 

  • Operational Management: Oversee all operational aspects of Juna, including but not limited to staffing, inventory management, vendor relationships, and overall restaurant efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and administrative personnel. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness. Address guest feedback and strive to continuously improve service standards.
  • Financial Performance: Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability. Monitor and achieve revenue targets, control expenses, and manage inventory effectively.
  • Training and Development: Implement and oversee a comprehensive training program for all staff members to ensure consistency in service quality and adherence to company standards.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements. Maintain a safe and sanitary restaurant environment at all times.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, events, and marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management
  • Group Trainer certificate
  • Minimum of 3 years of senior management experience in a large Food & Beverage area in a premium and/or luxury establishments
  • Pre-opening or major refurbishment experience in a similar operation
  • Middle East experience
  • Advanced level - Microsoft Office applications
  • High level of written and verbal Business English
  • Strong creative and/or design skills
