Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Rixos Al Mairid, Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our organization.
- Greet and direct visitors, guests, and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and staff members
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and well-organized
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations
- Handle basic inquiries and provide information about our organization and services
- Assist with event preparations and guest accommodations when required
- Maintain security by following check-in procedures and issuing visitor badges
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Qualifications
- Professional Experience: Demonstrable experience as a Receptionist within the hospitality sector is mandatory.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and verbal communication) is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
- Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Opera Cloud or equivalent front office systems is required.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient utilisation of MS Office applications and adept email management skills are crucial.
