How does your working day look like...

• You are a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and lead the Events & Groups department

• Together with your two colleagues, you coordinate meetings, celebrations, and conferences, always building strong relationships with our clients to make every event unforgettable

• You manage your daily schedule independently and stick to agreements – even when your calendar is full and your inbox is overflowing

• You keep an overview when every event space in the house is booked and the phones are ringing nonstop

• Together with your team, you sell room allotments and ensure smooth communication between all departments

• You keep track of budgets, deadlines, and guest requests – and always try to bring even the wildest ideas to life

Your personality counts more than your CV...

• You have initial leadership experience in this field and speak good English

• You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson – not only to guests but also within the team

• You’re a doer – and you’re not afraid to admit when you’ve made a mistake
