Company Description

Join Sofitel & House Made Hospitality  Redefining Excellence in Australian Hospitality

Be part of a dynamic partnership between Sofitel Sydney Wentworth and House Made Hospitality, where innovation, quality, and care come together across 4 unique venues. We're looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team and help shape unforgettable guest experiences.

About the Venue:

Ascend to the fifth floor for Delta Rue, a lavish and bustling restaurant blending Vietnamese and French influences. Delta Rue evokes the faded old-world elegance of Hanoi’s Old Quarter in the 1920s, featuring a 150-seat interior opening to a verdant terrace that seats an additional 60 guests. At the entrance, the champagne bar provides a sparkling welcome with French bubbles before guests are seated. But it’s the bold Vietnamese flavours that will truly shine.
