Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a PASSIONATE and CREATIVE full-time Night Chef to join our VIBRANT kitchen team at Pullman London St Pancras.
With 312 bedrooms and 17 meeting rooms (including the Shaw Theatre), we’re more than just a Bar and Restaurant. Now, we need someone to bring their culinary skills to our night operation!
- Working Hours: 9:30pm-6.00am
- Location: NW1 2AJ
- Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take full ownership of the kitchen during night shifts
- Prepare and deliver high quality food for room service, breakfast setup, staff meals, and mis en place replenishment
- Work closely with the Head Chef and communicate effectively with other departments
- Organise your tasks to adapt to varying guest volumes
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has previous experience as a Night Chef or Chef de Partie
- Is passionate about producing top quality food
- Self-motivated and reliable when working solo

Salary: £17.12 per hour (£34,719 per annum) + monthly service charge
