Opening this December, Cleo will bring Eastern Mediterranean flavours and old-world cooking techniques to life, set within a new modern space to celebrate every season

The rooftop of Hyde Melbourne Place will be transformed with warm tones, long tables, generous spaces for relaxed communal dining and an all-new Mediterranean-inspired food and beverage menu.

We are seeking expressions of interest for talented Front of House professionals to join the opening Food and Beverage team at Cleo.
