Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Assistant Talent and Culture Manager at the vibrant Pullman London St Pancras hotel. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the day to day operations of our Talent & Culture department. As an Assistant Talent & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Check all recruitment platforms in line with current active vacancies, review CV’s and invite suitable candidates for interviews
  • Carry out interviews for all vacancies
  • Completion of Offers of Employment & Contracts
  • Complete all the necessary legal document and Right to Work checks in relation to recruitment
  • Ensure the Staff Database is kept up to date with staff information
  • Organise and complete staff onboarding for all new members of the team and the necessary administration
  • Talent & Culture administration and all T&C filing
  • Input holiday and sickness information
  • Ensure all leaver/starter/transfer information is recorded on a monthly basis with the staff turnover figures via the staff database
  • Assists with the coordinating of the monthly payroll
  • Prepare new starter packs, lockers and uniforms for all new staff
  • Update all job descriptions and job adverts
  • Book interviews and send out appointment emails to both candidates and Head of Departments
  • Assist with staff meetings including investigations and disciplinary meetings with minute taking
  • Assist with staff queries and advise on company policies and procedures
  • Daily rooms reconciliation

Salary: £37,538 per annum

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK
