Join our dynamic team as a Waiter / Waitress in the vibrant city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates! We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing upselling techniques when appropriate
  • Serve meals and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timing
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings
  • Operate point-of-sale systems to process orders and payments accurately
  • Prepare dining areas, including setting tables and ensuring cleanliness
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures as assigned
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout shifts

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury hotel or established restaurant environment
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fun, energetic, and friendly personality
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent memory and ability to recall menu items and guest preferences
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and splitting checks
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and good personal hygiene

Additional Information

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or similar role
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
