The Island Chapter: Two Openings, One Story
We’re bringing LUURA to the beautiful island of Paros with not one, but two exceptional hotels:
Luura Paros Cliff – Opening June 2026 with 37 elegantly designed rooms, our signature restaurant Mimi Kakushi and La Cantine Beach and much more to explore.
Following a year later, with 49 more rooms and additional vibrant F&B venues that capture the spirit of the island Luura Paros Sand will open its doors.
Job Description
Your Role in the Story

As our Assistant Director of Finance, you will support the Cluster Director of Finance in ensuring the financial health of both Luura Paros Cliff and Luura Paros Sand. This role combines accuracy and control with a hands-on approach to day-to-day finance operations, making sure our numbers tell the right story every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Finance in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies aligned with hotel business objectives.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Maintain strong internal controls, safeguarding assets and supporting audit, governance, and tax requirements.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and support treasury activities.
- Provide analysis and variance reports to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with operational leaders on cost controls, profit improvement, and financial literacy.
- Support pre-opening financial processes, vendor management, and capital expenditure tracking.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering accuracy, accountability, and growth.
- Act as deputy to the Director of Finance in their absence, ensuring continuity of financial leadership.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel finance management, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle environment.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards and local regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player, naturally warm and approachable.
- Passionate about hospitality, culture, and creating memorable guest and team experiences.
