Job Description
At Faena, nightlife is more than entertainment — it’s an art form. Our venues are places where music, design, and service merge to create unforgettable evenings. We are seeking a Nightlife Manager to oversee nightly operations, elevate guest experience, and set the tone for one of the Red Sea’s most dynamic late-night destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house operations during service, including floor flow, table assignments, and service timing to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Anticipate guest needs, collaborate with VIP hosts on seating strategy, and ensure seamless experiences for both first-time visitors and loyal patrons.
- Monitor sound, lighting, music, and team energy levels throughout the night, making adjustments to maintain the desired mood and elevate the overall vibe.
- Ensure that team members embody Faena’s service standards through polished appearance, tone, and delivery.
- Lead pre-shift briefings to set nightly priorities and energize the team.
- Act as the escalation point for guest concerns, applying sound judgment, discretion, and diplomacy to resolve issues while protecting the guest experience.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach the nightlife service team; support with recruitment, scheduling, and training to maintain a motivated, high-performing group.
- Partner closely with bar managers, DJs, performers, and security teams to ensure smooth operations, guest safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Provide feedback on nightly performance, guest feedback, team dynamics, and opportunities for operational or experiential improvement.
- Act as an ambassador of Faena’s ethos, ensuring that every detail — from service flow to atmosphere — reflects the brand’s commitment to extraordinary experiences.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a leadership role within nightlife, lounges, or luxury hospitality.
- Strong background in service operations and managing VIP client flow.
- Middle East experience preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and situational awareness skills.
- Comfortable working late-night hours in a high-pressure, high-energy setting.
- Familiarity with POS, table management, and hospitality systems.
