Job Description

  • Prepare pastries and desserts from scratch
  • Create special orders and custom work for our clients & in-house guests
  • Designing & decorating pastries/desserts
  • Uphold the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices.
  • Work with the Executive Chef to craft innovative desserts and pastries for the menu

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Pastry
  • Experience in hotels is preferred but not required
  • Must be able to work on a rotating roster 
  • Hospitality certifications are preferred but not required
  • Positive attitude
