Job Description

This role is for a people-focused T&C leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. You play a big role in shaping a thriving workplace culture across three iconic Accor brands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and support the precinct’s T&C operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance
  • Drive employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Coach and support leaders in performance management, development, and succession planning
  • Manage employee relations, WHS coordination, and return-to-work processes
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve retention, engagement, and performance
  • Represent the precinct in regional T&C meetings and contribute to Accor-wide initiatives
  • Ensure all HR documentation, systems, and processes are accurate and compliant

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in HR or T&C leadership, ideally in hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, WHS legislation, and modern awards
  • Experience with HR systems like Ready People, Smart Recruiters, Check Work Rights, and compliance platforms
  • A confident communicator who can juggle priorities and lead with empathy
  • A love for people, culture, and creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong
