Job Description
Organise and manage your kitchen section to ensure smooth, productive, and high-quality service.
Be familiar and flexible with the other kitchen sections including breakfast, lunch and dinner
Prepare and present menu items and mis en place with consistency, creativity, and attention to cost and standards.
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance, while supporting team communication and collaboration.
Order necessary foods as required with Head and Sous Chefs
Qualifications
Trade qualification with proven experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
Strong kitchen management and teamwork skills, with the ability to coach and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change
Passion for hospitality, with flexibility, integrity, and a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences.
