Job Description

  • Organise and manage your kitchen section efficiently to ensure smooth, timely service.

  • Prepare and present diverse menu items that meet hotel standards and cost targets.

  • Maintain cleanliness, stock control, and proper food storage, supporting kitchen operations.

  • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen with solid food preparation skills.
