Job Description

About The role:

  • Ensure each function is set up according to Banquet Events Order (BEO)

  • Deliver catering to the standards outlines to the BEO

  • Set up and break down of events which includes but not limited to setting tables and chairs, stages, booths, and any other related equipment outlines in the BEO

  • Maintain and upkeep of Banquet equipment and resources 

  • Stocktaking of departmental equipment and resources 

  • Ensure efficient, hospitable and professional service is provided to guests at all times

Qualifications

About You:

  • The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service

  • Previous experience in a similar role will be viewed favourably

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Excellent personal presentation

  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
