As our next Maintenance Team Member, you…

Are responsible for preventative maintenance work and carry out regular safety and maintenance inspections across the hotel to create a pleasant and safe environment for all colleagues, guests and visitors.

Ideally have a good understanding of building maintenance including plumbing, electrical and building works

To be able to solve defects on daily basis

To be able to deal with contractors and maintain paperwork including HS, FS, PPMs, risk assessments etc.

Take part in hotel projects to improve FF&E, quality, efficiency and sustainability 

Your experience and skills include:
Relevant building/ hotel maintenance experience is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable

Flexible and available in emergency situations

Good computer and email knowledge

Full time position  - £29k annual salary
