SO/ Sotogrande, a luxurious resort located in the beautiful Sotogrande, Spain, is seeking a friendly and professional Spa Hostess to join our team. As a Spa Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a relaxing and memorable experience from the moment they enter our spa facilities.

• Greet and welcome guests to the spa, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere
• Schedule and confirm spa appointments, both in-person and over the phone
• Provide information about spa services, treatments, and packages to guests
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Respond to guest inquiries and address any concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure smooth operations
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, sales, and inventory
• Promote spa products and services to enhance guest experience and meet sales goals
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in scheduling software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Basic knowledge of spa treatments and services
• Previous experience in hospitality or spa industry preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of spa etiquette and procedures
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
