Job Description

Your tasks will be:

  • Implement the overall sales and marketing plan for the hotel and actively monitor its progress in terms of achieving KPI’s, budgets and revenues
  • Create and update action plans and financial objectives
  • Identify business opportunities in Corporate, MICE and Leisure segment by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
  • Develop and agree Hotel sales plans
  • Proactive in sales, deal with key partners
  • Supervising, developing and motivating the work of the reservation and sales team
  • Ensure and take care of the Marketing materials of the hotel

Qualifications

We're looking for you if:

  • You have previous experience in hotel sales director or manager (minimum of 3-5 years)
  • Your English knowledge is excellent
  • You have excellent negotiation, organization and communication skills
  • You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, strategic mindset
  • You are highly responsible and reliable
  • You are Guest - and quality-oriented thinking
  • You know OPERA system is an advantage
  • You are up to date with the latest online marketing trends and best practices
