Mercure Alice Springs is seeking Hotel Service Managers - Various positions across the Hotel including Front Office Manager, Housekeeping Manager/Head Housekeeping, Hotel Office Manager

 

Job Description

  • Managing the Department assigned and allocating all duties and tasks to team members.
  • Communicating with Department Heads to coordinate department responsibilities
  • Rostering department
  • Managing and training department staff.
  • Implementing procedures

Salary: $69,000 – $80,000

Qualifications

Hold a relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF diploma and one year of experience or 3 years experience in a Hotel Service Management role.
