Mercure Alice Springs is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager located in the Heart of Australia.

 

Job Description

  • Responsible for all food and beverage service operations, including Restaurant, room service, bar and functions..
  • Responsible for the venues Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Completing monthly beverage stock take
  • Mentoring and Managing staff. 

About the Restaurant:

  • A busy environment catering to Guests and external reservations.
  • We have 3 Function rooms and 1 main restaurant, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast buffet, ala carte lunch and ala carte dinner.
  • 1 main bar open 7 days a week 

 

Salary: 69,000 - 85,000

Qualifications

  • hold a relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF diploma and one year of experience or 3 years experience in a Restaurant Management role
