Job Description

Owns and executes the marketing and communication action plan across the business, including concept design, development and execution

Develop and implement innovative ideas to reinforce awareness for the Sofitel Melbourne On Collins

Proactively manage social media platforms, elevating brand recognition

Roll out and execute marketing and loyalty initiatives across the hotel

Brand champion ensuring compliance with brand standards in all activities

This role is temporary from the end of July 2025 until mid June 2026.

Qualifications

Experience working in a luxury hotel environment in a similar or related role

Excellent communication skills - written & verbal, proficient in Word, Outlook, Canvas and any other appropriate programs

Proven experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholders

Attention to detail in all allocated tasks

Be able to work autonomously and in collaboration with the Director of Commercial

Be able to manage time according to maximise time spent in the Marketing department to ensure that allocated tasks are executed and communicated efficiently and effectively according to hotel deadlines
