Job Description
T&C Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This includes recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, training and development, HR policy implementation, and maintaining employee records. The HR Executive plays a vital role in fostering a productive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Payroll Support:
Assist with timekeeping and attendance records.
Coordinate with the finance department for payroll processing inputs.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is mandatory.
A minimum of 3–5 years of substantive experience in a professional HR role is required.
Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of HR functions and industry best practices is essential.
Superior organizational skills and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are crucial.
Utmost discretion and unwavering commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information are non-negotiable.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite and proven experience with HRIS software are imperative.
